Purpose and limits

Proficera supports administrative workflow and peer coaching. Do not enter or record patient information (PHI). Human reviewers remain responsible for coaching decisions.

Proficera is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, risk stratification, patient monitoring, clinical decision support, coding or billing decisions. Do not use coaching suggestions to guide patient care or replace professional judgment, local policies or required supervision.

Fictional testing and prohibited data

The public walkthrough and retail lab use fictional examples. Lab changes stay in your browser. The protected workspace is for authorized fictional testing only. Verify required roles, record access and coach handoffs with Proficera before operational use.

Do not upload, type or record patient encounters, patient records, PHI, or customer or personnel records. Automated filtering may leave identifying details in submitted material. Use only fictional observations and source material you are authorized to provide. See the privacy policy for processing and retention details.

Human review and evidence

AI-generated coaching drafts and imported practices require human review before use. A designated reviewer selects the applicable standard, checks the evidence and approves the next step. Examples and sample counts are illustrative, not customer results. Completion of practice does not establish competency or certify readiness. Revenue, cost savings, time savings, error reduction and clinical outcomes require separate measurement; none is guaranteed.

Pilot scope and price

The standard paid pilot is $1,500 total for 60 days at one authorized site, focused on one agreed coaching workflow. Before launch, a written pilot agreement defines participants, support, success measures, permitted data, retention arrangements and launch readiness. Required accounts, permissions and the full workflow must be implemented and verified before operational use. These website terms do not replace the signed pilot agreement.

After the pilot

Continued use is optional. There is no automatic subscription or renewal. Ongoing subscription pricing and broader pricing tiers are not finalized. Continued service requires a separate signed agreement with a defined scope and price.
